Data We Process
SupplierCloud stores account, company, certificate, questionnaire, audit, report, rating, and supplier relationship data needed to operate compliance workflows.
Purpose
Data is used to verify legal entities, manage supplier onboarding, track compliance evidence, support audits, and notify authorized users about workflow changes.
Access
Business and supplier users only access data allowed by their role, relationship status, and certificate visibility settings configured in the platform.
Retention
Operational records are retained for compliance traceability unless deletion is required by contract, law, or an authorized administrative process.
